Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

Standard Shipping
• Domestic (US): 7–12 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on location.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Customs & Duties
•International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are not covered by Covomi and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging
• Fragrance capsules must remain unopened
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number) required

Non-Returnable Items:
• Used or worn jewelry
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return:

Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
• If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
