Q1: How do I use the aromatherapy necklace?
A: The pendant can be opened to place a scent bead or a cotton pad infused with essential oil inside. When worn, the fragrance slowly diffuses, providing a calming and soothing experience throughout your day.
Q2: What types of scents work best with this necklace?
A: We recommend calming scents such as lavender, chamomile, or bergamot. However, you're free to use any essential oils or fragrance beads that suit your personal preferences.
Q3: Will the necklace tarnish or cause skin irritation?
A: Our necklaces are made with high-quality copper and enamel. They are designed to resist fading and are generally skin-friendly. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we suggest doing a short wear test first.
Q4: Can I use my own essential oils?
A: Yes, you're welcome to use any essential oils you like. We’ll also be offering refill scent beads soon for added convenience.
Q5: How long does the scent last? Do I need to replace it?
A: A single application of essential oil usually lasts 1–3 days, depending on the oil’s strength and your wearing environment. We recommend replacing the cotton pad or scent bead regularly to maintain a fresh aroma.

A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

A: Yes. We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
